Home About Us Our Range Our Products Healthy Lifestyle Recipes Contact Us INGREDIENTS Serves: 6 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 10 – 15 minutes Base: 25ml oil 1 large onion, chopped 1 green pepper, seeded and diced 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 packet tomato soup powder Topping: 600ml water 2 teaspoons (10 ml) dried mixed herbs 2 x 400g Glenryck Pilchards in Hot Chilli sauce, roughly flaked 500g spaghetti Heat oil and fry onion, green pepper and garlic until soft. Add all remaining ingredients except the pilchards and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 5 – 10 minutes and then add the pilchards and heat through. Cook the spaghetti as directed on the packet. Serve hot with the cooked spaghetti. Tip: Serve with grated cheddar cheese. Variation: Use Glenryck Pilchards in Tomato Sauce for a family dinner.
